Return & Exchange Policy

At Redmond Diamond Center, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The original sales receipt must be presented.
  • Jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in like-new condition.
  • All original packaging, diamond grading reports (GIA, IGI, etc.), certificates, and accessories must accompany the item.

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-designed or custom-made jewelry
  • Special order merchandise
  • Sized or modified jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Estate jewelry
  • Gift cards

Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

  • Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card.
  • Cash purchases will be refunded by company check.
  • Purchases made by personal check are subject to a three (3) business day holding period before refunds are issued.



Special Orders & Deposits

Special orders may require a deposit.

Once a diamond has been sourced or production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Custom-designed and made-to-order jewelry are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after production begins.



Shipping Policy

We proudly ship throughout the United States.

  • Free standard shipping on all online orders.
  • Expedited shipping is available upon request.
  • All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping transit typically takes 2–4 business days.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Redmond Diamond Center is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ownership of merchandise transfers upon signed delivery.



Natural Diamond Upgrade Program

We proudly offer a lifetime upgrade program for eligible natural loose diamonds and natural diamond stud earrings purchased from Redmond Diamond Center.

To qualify:

  • Original purchase receipt is required.
  • Original grading report (when applicable) must be provided.
  • Diamond must be in its original undamaged condition.
  • Trade-in value equals the original purchase price (before tax).
  • The new purchase must be at least 50% greater than the original purchase price.

This program applies only to natural diamonds originally purchased from Redmond Diamond Center.



Lifetime Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

Diamond and colored gemstone jewelry purchased from Redmond Diamond Center is covered by our Lifetime Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee provided the following conditions are met:

  • Jewelry must be inspected every six (6) months by an authorized Redmond Diamond Center representative.
  • All recommended maintenance and repairs must be completed by Redmond Diamond Center.
  • Inspection records must remain current.

Failure to maintain the required inspections will void this guarantee.



Stone Replacement Guarantee

Under the Lifetime Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee, Redmond Diamond Center will replace, at no charge, any original diamond (0.25 ct or smaller), emerald, ruby, or sapphire that becomes chipped, broken, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear due to a manufacturing defect or setting failure.

This guarantee includes the labor and materials necessary to replace and reset the covered stone.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Theft
  • Loss unrelated to setting failure
  • Abuse
  • Accidental damage
  • Neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Determination of coverage is at the sole discretion of Redmond Diamond Center.



Complimentary Lifetime Cleaning & Inspection

We are pleased to provide complimentary professional cleaning and inspection of your diamond and colored gemstone jewelry for life.

We recommend bringing your jewelry in every six (6) months to help ensure stones remain secure and your warranty remains active.



Jewelry Repair Guarantee

Repairs performed by Redmond Diamond Center are guaranteed against workmanship defects for 90 days from the completion date.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear
  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Future sizing requirements
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs

Please note that rhodium plating on white gold jewelry naturally wears over time and is considered normal maintenance.



Customer-Supplied Stones

While we exercise the utmost care when handling customer-owned diamonds and gemstones, some stones contain hidden fractures, inclusions, or previous damage that may not be visible.

By authorizing repair or setting work, the customer acknowledges that Redmond Diamond Center is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Existing fractures
  • Internal inclusions
  • Heat-sensitive gemstones
  • Pressure-sensitive gemstones
  • Previous treatments or enhancements

Customers are encouraged to insure valuable jewelry before repairs are performed.



Estate Jewelry

Estate and previously owned jewelry is sold AS IS.

Due to the unique nature of estate jewelry, all estate sales are final.



Product Availability & Pricing

All merchandise is subject to prior sale.

Although we strive for accuracy, Redmond Diamond Center reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, and photographs without prior notice.

Availability is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.



Diamond Disclosure

All natural diamonds sold by Redmond Diamond Center are purchased from legitimate sources that comply with the Kimberley Process and are not knowingly involved in funding conflict.

Our suppliers provide written assurances that their diamonds are conflict free.



Jewelry Insurance

We strongly recommend that all valuable jewelry be insured against loss, theft, accidental damage, and mysterious disappearance through your insurance provider.



Unclaimed Property

Completed repairs, special orders, and layaway merchandise must be picked up within 60 days after notification that the item is ready.

Items remaining beyond this period may be subject to reasonable storage fees and/or disposition as permitted under applicable California law.



Governing Law

These policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Redmond Diamond Center reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
